Being a Christian means being a Christ-follower. But what does it mean to really follow Jesus Christ? Well, the Bible certainly has everything we need to know about that. Here are fifteen verses about how and why to follow Jesus and the example He set for us.
By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

And he called the twelve together and gave them power and authority over all demons and to cure diseases, and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal.
