Traveling can be fun, but it often comes with its own unique set of challenges. What happens if I get lost? My plane was delayed! What if my money gets stolen? I don’t speak the local language! What if I get sick? All of these issues and more have probably crossed your mind, even if you’ve never had to experience them. Well, God is with you whether you’re at home, on a weekend jaunt, or traveling in another country. May these Bible verses encourage you!
I am with you always.
If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me.
Lift up your eyes and look from the place where you are.
For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have many people in this city.
The beloved of the Lord dwells in safety. The High God surrounds him all day long, and dwells between his shoulders.
Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God.
For you are my rock and my fortress, and for your name’s sake you lead me and guide me
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him
Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you.
And the Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong
Son of man, look with your eyes, and hear with your ears, and set your heart upon all that I shall show you, for you were brought here in order that I might show it to you.
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.
And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
Go, eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart, for God has already approved what you do.
It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you, he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.
In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
