15 Comforting Bible Quotes to Relax you to Sleep

God created us to need rest. And even God himself rested on the seventh day after he’d created the world. While God doesn’t need physical sleep the way we do, He knows the importance of rest and relaxation. God wants you to have a restful night’s sleep every night, so that you can be energized every day to do whatever He’s called you to do. If you’re struggling with resting peacefully, meditate on these verses from God’s Word.

“I will make with them a covenant of peace and banish wild beasts from the land, so that they may dwell securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods.

It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives to his beloved sleep.
